You can use iQueue with any Swyx-powered solution — including OZMO’s cloud telephony solution. It's possible to integrate Swyx with any existing PBX.
We can help you set that up.

Can I easily scale up/down the number of agents?
Yes, you can. Simply disable an agent, and your setup and billing will automatically be modified the next month.
You will only pay for the agents you use: per agent, per month.
